Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

AdPac.to ("AdPac," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted advertising management services, including campaign planning, creative generation, and performance reporting across connected advertising and analytics platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site (adpac.to), our client/staff application (app.adpac.to), and the client portal.

1. Information we collect

Account and contact information. When you or your business becomes an AdPac client, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, and billing/invoicing information provided by you or your assigned account team.

Connected advertising and analytics platform data. With your explicit authorization (OAuth), AdPac connects to the following third-party platforms on your behalf, strictly to manage and report on your advertising:

  • Google Ads — campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, budget, bidding, and performance data (scope: adwords), and the ability to make changes you or your account team approve (e.g., pausing a campaign, adjusting budgets, editing ad copy).
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — read-only access to traffic, conversion, funnel, and audience reporting data (scope: analytics.readonly). AdPac cannot modify your Analytics property.
  • Google Tag Manager — container and tag configuration data, with the ability to read, edit, and publish tags when you request tracking changes (scopes: tagmanager.readonly, tagmanager.edit.containers, tagmanager.publish).
  • Google Business Profile — your business location details, customer reviews, and the ability to post review replies you approve (scope: business.manage, a Google-classified "sensitive" scope).
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, audience, and performance data, and the ability to manage campaigns (scopes: ads_management, ads_read, business_management).
  • Snapchat Ads — campaign and performance data via the Snapchat Marketing API (scope: snapchat-marketing-api).

We only request the scopes each connected platform requires to deliver the services you've asked for, and you can revoke AdPac's access at any time from the platform's own security/app-permissions settings, or by asking us to disconnect it.

Audience and demographic signals. Aggregate, platform-reported audience data (e.g., age range, gender, device, and geographic breakdowns already available in your ad accounts) is synced from the platforms above to build performance reports and AI-generated audience personas. This is aggregate advertising-platform data, not personally identifiable information about individual end users.

Information you submit directly. Through the client portal, you may submit monthly or quarterly business goals, target-audience descriptions, budget notes, and competitor notes ("Monthly Input"). Through the staff application, your account team may record targeting preferences, invoices, and notes related to your account.

Website and lead-form data. If you submit a contact form, schedule-a-call request, or sign up for a trial on adpac.to, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, company, and message).

Usage data. We may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs to operate and secure our services.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the services you've engaged us for: managing, optimizing, and reporting on your advertising campaigns.
  • To generate AI-assisted insights, audience personas, ad copy suggestions, and marketing plans, using the real account and campaign data described above. AI-generated recommendations that would change a live campaign are held for human review and require an explicit approval — by your account team, or by you through the client portal — before anything is changed on a connected platform.
  • To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, plans awaiting your approval, invoices, and service updates.
  • To authenticate you for the client portal via a one-time, expiring sign-in link sent to your registered email address (no passwords are stored for portal access).
  • To bill for services. Where an invoice includes a payment link, that link is generated by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe); AdPac does not collect, process, or store your card or bank account details.
  • To improve our services and troubleshoot issues.

3. AI processing

AdPac uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to help synthesize campaign performance data, draft ad copy, and structure marketing plans. Relevant account and campaign data (and, where applicable, the business goals and audience notes you submit) is sent to Anthropic's API for this processing, subject to Anthropic's own data handling terms. Anthropic does not use API data submitted through AdPac to train its models. AI output is treated as a draft: it does not take effect on any connected advertising platform until a human — your account team or, for client-submitted marketing plans, you — reviews and approves it.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • The advertising and analytics platforms listed above — to read and, where authorized, update your campaigns.
  • Anthropic — to power AI-assisted insights and drafting, as described above.
  • Zoho — our email provider, used to send portal sign-in links, plan notifications, and account communications.
  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) — only to the extent you choose to pay an invoice through a link they generate; AdPac itself does not receive your payment details.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., DigitalOcean) — to run our application and store data securely.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account, campaign, and performance data for as long as you remain an AdPac client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Portal sign-in links expire after 30 minutes and can only be used once; portal sessions expire automatically after 30 days.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can revoke AdPac's access to any connected platform (Google, Meta, Snapchat) at any time from that platform's app-permissions settings.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits (for example, retaining invoice records for accounting purposes).
  • You can ask us to stop sending you non-essential communications at any time.
  • To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed and single-use authentication tokens for portal access, and access controls that limit which staff can view or act on a given client's data based on their role.

8. Children's privacy

AdPac's services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify active clients.
