These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdPac.to's website (adpac.to), application (app.adpac.to), and client portal (collectively, the "Services"), operated by AdPac ("AdPac," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
AdPac provides AI-assisted management of digital advertising campaigns across connected platforms (including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Meta, and Snapchat), performance reporting, and related marketing planning tools, including a client portal for reviewing and approving AI-generated personas, ad copy, and marketing plans.
A core principle of how AdPac operates: AI-generated recommendations — whether produced automatically from performance data or as part of a client-submitted marketing plan — never take effect on a live advertising account on their own. Every change to a connected campaign (pausing a campaign, adjusting a budget, editing ad copy, and similar actions) is staged as a pending recommendation and requires an explicit approval from an authorized person: your AdPac account team, or, where you've approved a marketing plan through the client portal, that approval is itself staged as a pending action for staff review before it is pushed to any advertising platform.
Staff accounts. AdPac team members access the application under role-based permissions assigned by an administrator.
Client portal accounts. Client portal access uses a passwordless, one-time sign-in link emailed to the address your account team has on file for you. You're responsible for keeping that inbox secure, and for promptly notifying us if you believe your portal access has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Services and to keep your account and contact details up to date.
To provide the Services, you authorize AdPac to connect to your advertising and analytics accounts (such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Meta, and Snapchat) via OAuth. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. You may revoke AdPac's access to any connected platform at any time through that platform's own settings; doing so may limit or disable the affected features of the Services.
The Services use AI (including Anthropic's Claude models) to help generate audience personas, ad copy suggestions, performance insights, and marketing plans. AI-generated content is a draft recommendation, not a guarantee of performance or accuracy. You (or your AdPac account team) are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before approving it, and AdPac is not liable for the performance, accuracy, or business outcomes of AI-generated recommendations, whether or not they are ultimately approved and pushed live.
Fees for the Services are set out in your invoice or agreement with AdPac. Where an invoice includes a payment link, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) under that processor's own terms; AdPac does not store your payment card details. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote content that violates the advertising policies of any connected platform; attempt to circumvent the human-approval workflow described above; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
AdPac retains all rights to the Services, including our software, branding, and platform design. You retain ownership of the content, campaign data, and materials you provide to us. You grant AdPac a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Services to you (including sending it to Anthropic's API for AI-assisted processing, as described in our Privacy Policy).
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AdPac does not guarantee any specific advertising performance, return on ad spend, or business outcome. Advertising platforms' own policies, algorithms, and availability are outside our control and may change at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPac and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost advertising spend, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid AdPac in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the services relationship as set out in your agreement with AdPac, or, absent a separate agreement, with reasonable written notice. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for a violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify active clients.
